HOW TO WORK WITH US
1. CONTACT US
Send us the jewelry designs that you want to produce.
2. RESPONSE
Once we receive your message, our sales department will contact you within 24 hours on working days (Mon-Fri)
3. PRE-PRODUCTION
Before we start working, we will send you a quotation for your approval.
4. MAKE CONTRACT
After you sign the quotation, a 30% deposit of the total price is required. Once it is completed, we will issue a Performa Invoice and infrom you on the delivery date.
5. PROODUCTION
Upon request, we will send you photographs or VDOs of the manufacturing process to keep you updated on the progress (if requested)
6. PRE-DELIVERY
Before we hand over the finished work, another invoice for the remaining amount will be sent to you for payment.
7. DELIVERY DAY
Once payment is received, we will arrange for shipment and send you the proof of documents by e-mail.
8. DELIVERED
We will inform you about the delivery status.
